ByggVesta continues its commitment to student well-being and quality of life, guided by the values of our Live to Grow student housing concept. We’re proud to inaugurate the new student lounge in our latest student housing community, Valvik.
The grand opening takes place on Thursday, May 15 at 4:00 PM, featuring music, snacks, and open house in the new lounge. Students living in Valvik, representatives from ByggVesta and the City of Stockholm, are warmly welcome to attend and experience the space in person. Address: Färötorget 4, Kista.
All our student and youth tenants will also receive a special goodie bag as a thank you for being part of our community. We’re excited to celebrate this day together with you!
The lounge is designed according to ByggVesta’s Live to Grow concept. It offers an inspiring environment where students can connect, collaborate or simply relax. With cozy seating areas, creative workspaces, and room for both calm and energy, it’s a space that encourages community on the students’ own terms.
ByggVesta’s local community managers also use the lounge as a place to meet and engage with students. It serves as a starting point for many of the activities we host for our residents. In Kista Äng, there’s also a café, open to the public, directly connected to the lounge, making it easy for students to study, socialize and enjoy a coffee in a welcoming setting.
