We need your help. Our new student housing in Ektorp needs a name. If you can come up with a really nice name for it, you have the chance to win a first-hand contract for a student or youth apartment in the area. Living in an apartment in a building that you named yourself… That’s something special.
Here are the rules:
The new name should have a connection to the area, nature, and/or the student community.
It also needs to work in both Swedish and English.
To be eligible to win, you need to be either a student or under 25 years old, be in Byggvesta’s queue, and meet the requirements of Byggvesta’s rental policy.
Email your suggestion to livetogrow@byggvesta.se by March 15th 2019. Good luck and thank you for your help!
Edit: Our student housing in Ektorp is now named Aurora! Read the motivation on our Instagram @livetogrow_student.
About Ektorp:
Ektorp is located in Nacka, close to nature and central Stockholm. The area includes a grocery store, bakery, gym, and yoga studio. In northern Ektorp, near Värmdöleden and Ektorpsvägen, ByggVesta is building 207 smart student and youth apartments; 174 student apartments and 33 youth apartments for people between 18 and 25 years old. Some of the apartments are shared apartments – small three-room apartments where two friends can live together and share the rent and other living costs while still having their own space. The area will have common areas for hanging out and studying. The courtyard will feature a rain garden to handle stormwater, making the environment around the buildings lush and beautiful. There will also be places to barbecue, play ping pong, and read.
