Now that you’ve clicked here, you probably already know that we put a lot of effort into making sure everyone feels comfortable and wants to stay with us for a long time. That’s why all our student apartments – regardless of size – are bright, airy, and easy to furnish.
The rooms have parquet floors and white walls, and the bathrooms are fully tiled. (Colonia 2 has a combined washer and dryer, Colonia 1 has a laundry room.) For all your macaroni with ketchup or dill-baked cod with Kalix roe dinners, the apartments have proper kitchens with high-quality appliances.

Our student housing Colonia is located at Campus Valla – right in the bustling area of Linköping University’s oldest and largest campus. A short walk away, you’ll find a popular outdoor area, Linköping’s largest gym, a golf course, great running trails, and the Iso Oval – an ice skating rink open to the public. When hunger strikes, you can take a short walk to the grocery store or pizza place.
